Automatic assembly of fan and bellows motors
Process Required:
Integrated conveyor, automatic mounting of fan motors with bellows Parts and variety recognition (7 different fastening parts)
For vertical mounting from below (underfloor) two Freely programmable screwdriver function modules in underfloor heating design .
The 3-screw feeder is fully automatic feeding by means of two Vibratory feeder (1 single feeder and 1 double feeder). Two belt-driven hoppers with a capacity of 10 liters each ensure optimal storage of parts .
A data block on the pallet documents each assembly step .
This integrated assembly machine with conveyor achieves a low cost total solution cycle time .
Assembly sequence:
- Two pallets, preloaded with motor and bellows, are positioned using an integrated lift/place conveyor system.
- Each individual motor variety is verified by the RFID reader, installed on the parts pallet.
- A pneumatic support secures and locks the product from the top.
Simultaneously, the screws are fed. A screw presence control uses ring proximity switches. - The mounting from the ground is done by means of two independent SFMs [Screwdriver Function Modules] with integrated torque and angle control.
