Manual workstation for the assembly of automotive interior doors and windows.
Mandatory process:
Flexible manual workstation for the assembly of different interior doormen, where it is necessary to access individual screw locations using different angles and recesses. The base frame of the workstation with 3D workpiece fixture can be flexibly adapted to different products, because the workpiece fixture is designed to rotate 300 degrees along its horizontal axis. This feature allows the operator to effortlessly access all screw locations.
New standard software was designed for the system to ensure the process reliability of a manual workstation by using a MINIMAT-F Screwdriver System consisting of the Model 347F-428 manual screwdriver, an fc10 function control and the corresponding pneumatic control pc10.
Even complex assembly processes can be monitored by using programmable sequences. The screwdriving controller is programmed for several parts, which are to be assembled with different numbers of screws. Only after all screws are completely assembled and the assembly has been error-free (O.K.), then the workpiece fixture automatically unlocks the workpiece and can be unloaded. .
The operating process is controlled by the DEPRAG LC-Controller AST30-31 – Controller reference equipment.
