Waterpik housing assembly
Process required:
Screwdriving unit with automatic screw feed for the assembly of waterpik housings integrated in a transport system.
Depending on the workpiece variant, 3 or 4 screws are pushed vertically from above and one screw is assembled horizontally. A part recognition function occurs automatically by means of a photoelectric switch.
The DEPRAG screwdriver function modules in vacuum design are particularly suitable for hard-to-reach or recessed screw locations in any mounting direction. are especially suitable for hard-to-reach or recessed screw locations in any mounting direction.
The automatic feeding of the screw is done by two Vibratory feeder with screw filling by DEPRAG belt driven hopper B10 .
