These proven kit modules, which are combined in a single system with high processing reliability, allow the flexible operator to change without any loss of quality.

A component of an entertainment module is carefully assembled using a predetermined sequence.
A reliable and intelligent manual process workstation is equipped as follows:
- ergonomic workstation with work bench
- part with integrated sensors for monitoring the correct partial load sequence
- screwdriving-mask with down-hold function for the part-gentle assembly
- Screwdriver, adapted to the customer’s specific application, i.e. minimat-EC screwdriver, where torque, angle, speed, stand-by and turn-direction are freely programmable.
- AST11 sequence controller with integrated power supply and standard screwdriving programs already loaded.
- DCOS (DEPRAG CONTROLLER SYSTEM) with standard software package and comprehensive documentation possibilities.
- New generation of 6 Series screw feeding machines with RFI interface allowing the tagging of up to 10 different operators. The operator activates his personal data with his access chip and can continue with his screwing tasks at his own pace.
- Positioning Stand (Posi-Stand) ) to ensure the correct sequence of each screw assembly. The screwdriver will only start if the correct sequence is followed.
If production rates increase, individual assembly steps are possible using the compact, standardized DCAM assembly module. The intelligent workstation allows flexibility in contracting or expanding with add-on modules at the highest level of processing reliability.
