For handheld applications, you will find in our standard product line equipment, starting with our screw presenters for manual pick-up of a screw, as well as our feeders that are designed to supply one or two workstations with screws that are automatically presented to handheld screwdrivers.
For the automatic transport of fasteners, vibratory, sword (segment) or pick-and-place equipment is available.
Press insertion systems for pins or rivets complete our wide range of products.
DEPRAG screw feeding systems consist of:

The feeder system also contains tools, such as a nozzle ball type or split type, to suit your fastener and application. The feeder also includes the nozzle-guide and a nozzle-guide assembly.

Sword feeder (segment)
in sizes with 0,15 l and 1,5 l – filling volume
Sword feeders or segment feeders are used when the requirement calls for smooth and almost noisy feeding of sensitive fasteners. With our sword feeder equipment, we can process screw sizes from M2 to M6. This system is ideal for fasteners with a maximum length of 25 mm.
Step-by-step feeding system
The complete system, comprising a storage container, material handling technology, linear conveyor, separator, housing and controller, specially designed for longer screws, offers reliable and trouble-free operation with 24V technology, independent of mains voltage and mains frequency.
DEPRAG Power Supply Module – DFM
The DEPRAG Feed Module (DFM) allows screw assemblies in screw positions that are difficult to access, through the use of vacuum assistance.
Sorting Feed and Place
If the screw dimensions do not allow feeding through a feed hose, e.g. when there is an unfavorable ratio between screw head diameter and overall length, we can offer special solutions, such as the Pick-and-Place process with vacuum suction or gripper extraction. This process can also be used if there are screw locations that are difficult to access.
Screw presenter
Screw presenters are mainly used for applications where an automatic screwing machine is not cost-effective due to low volume. A screw presenter can process screws with thread sizes from M1 to M5 and a shaft length of up to 25 mm. Even screws that cannot be fed through a stub shaft, due to their unfavorable dimensions, can be processed with a screw presenter.
Storage devices
We offer a variety of storage devices that are the ideal addition to our feeding systems. Belt-driven hoppers drastically increase the required reloading intervals. Our hoppers are flexible devices that can be used for different parts, no costly reconditioning is necessary.
Hand press insertion systems
The pressurization systems consist of coordinated modules: the portable pressurization device and the automatic feeder for fasteners such as rivets, pins and sleeves.
Efficient and reliable pressurization and placement operations in the process are performed by hand.
