To ensure the technically optimized and economical feeding of its components, DEPRAG carries out a fulllife testusing its components and simulates their production parameter, prior to delivery.

Sword feeder (segment)

Sword feeders or segment feeders are used when components are particularly sensitive and an increased gentle feeding environment is required.

Our sword feeders can be used for screw sizes M2 to M6. They are ideal for screws up to 25 mm in length. They are ideal for screws up to 25 mm in length.

Tape reel feeding

The DEPRAG reel tape feeder is specifically designed for reliable in-process delivery and precise positioning of adhesive components, which are supplied on reel tapes. Electrical components can be removed from a reel by means of the peel-off carriage and precisely positioned.

This easily accessible system can be integrated directly into your assembly machine.

Pick-and-Place Method

If the screw dimensions do not allow feeding through a feed hose, e.g. when there is an unfavorable ratio between screw head diameter and overall length, we can offer special solutions, such as the Pick-and-Place process with vacuum suction or gripper extraction. This process can also be used if there are screw locations that are difficult to access.

Linear conveyor

Linear conveyors are often used to reduce the distance of movement, to allow cushioning of parts and to expand the flow of parts.

Our robust linear conveyors ensure correct transport to the source without back pressure. Therefore, parts will never be backed up while going to the feedbowl.

Step-by-step feeding system step-by-step feeding

The complete system, comprising a storage container, material handling technology, linear conveyor, separator, housing and controller, specially designed for longer screws, offers reliable and trouble-free operation with 24V technology, independent of mains voltage and mains frequency.

Screw presenter

Screw presenters are mainly used for applications where an automatic screwing machine is not cost effective due to low volume. A screw presenter can process screws with thread sizes from M1 to M5 and a shaft length of up to 25 mm. Even screws that cannot be fed through a stub shaft, due to their unfavorable dimensions, can be processed with a screw feeder.

Storage devices

We offer a variety of storage devices that are the ideal addition to our power systems. Belt-driven hoppers dramatically increase the required reloading intervals. Our hoppers are flexible devices that can be used for different parts, no costly reconditioning is necessary.

Press insertion systems

Pressurizing systems consist of coordinated modules: the portable pressurizing device or stationary press module and the automatic feeder for fasteners such as rivets, pins and sleeves.

Efficient and reliable pressurization and placement operations in the process are performed by hand or by your assembly unit.
