Our linear conveyors are part of a sophisticated feeding system (e.g. in connection with a vibratory feeding system and/or a pick and place procedure) that is tailored to your application.
The linear conveyor has several different functions
- Distance bridging
- Provides a parts buffer
- Allows for functional expansion of part flow.
The linear conveyor works as follows: an electromagnet connected to 2 sets of springs generates a microwave movement on the guide rail. The intensity of the movement can be adjusted by the integrated control via the integrated control by regulating the amplitude. This means for your product: The mechanical load is as high as absolutely necessary for the transport.

When ordering a customer-specific device, you will naturally receive the necessary 3D data to facilitate easy integration into your system.

We can offer conveyor rails with a length of up to 400 mm.
