Our hand-held pneumatic screwdrivers of the MICROMAT/MINIMAT series can be combined with a suitable feeder.
We consider these combined solutions ascompatible screw feeding machine systems.Screws with a shaft diameter of 1 to 8 mm can be processed with this total solution for your assembly task.The feeding system offers process reliability and is extremely efficient.
A DEPRAG screw feeder consists of:
- the feeder itself
- the hand screwdriver
- a maintenance unit
- an electronic control
The screw feeder is matched to one of your screws and its corresponding application. A feeder is supplied with a custom ball-type or split-type nozzle that retains the screw, a nozzle guide and a set of hoses.
Basically, two different types of standard screw feeders are available,a vibratory bowl feeder ora sword feeder. If automatic feeding through a feeder sleeve is not possible, then we can offer customized solutions, such as aPick-and-Place system.
