The flexibleNANOMAT-EC/MICROMAT-EC/MINIMAT-EC screwdrivers for the highest quality requirements allowfree programmingof the screw tightening process. Within the selected tool power range, torque value, speed, standby mode and direction of rotation can be individually adjusted to the mounting requirement. The outstanding features of the stationary EC screwdrivers are their high torque accuracy and the wide range of control functions: perfect conditions for safety and process control at the highest level.
Brushless electric motors provide low-maintenance operation. They are ideal for screw tightening due to their excellent dynamics and achievement of high maximum torque values.
The integrated torque control, based on precise measurement of the motor current together with evaluation of other dynamic factors as well as angle measurement, enables precise control of multi-stage screw tightening processes and documentation of the resulting values.
DEPRAG screwdrivers based on EC technology enable a torque accuracy of <2 % standard deviation, which can be relied upon after millions of cycles.
Therefore, a Cmk value of ≥1.67 is achieved with a tolerance requirement of ±10 % in reference to 6 Sigma. A Cmk value of 1.67 means that the error rate is less than 0.6 per million screw assemblies.
The DEPRAG AST6 sequence controller is the ideal controller for stationary screw assemblies in combination with the proven DEPRAG EC screwdrivers of theNANOMAT-EC, MICROMAT-EC and MINIMAT-EC series (size 22) within a torque range of 0.02 Nm – 0.2 Nm.
When choosing the ASTi6-1 option for integration into the switch cabinet, the DAST software panel can be used for operation and display of the controller. In the case of the hat, the system controller additionally provides the range of functions available on the AST6-1 display.
The DEPRAG AST11 controller is the ideal sequence controller for manual and stationary screw sets in conjunction with DEPRAG EC MICROMAT-EC and MINIMAT-EC screwdrivers .
