In many cases and under suitable conditions, even higher torque accuracy is possible and a Cmk value of ≥ 1.67 can be achieved even with a tolerance of 15 %. This kind of accuracy means that the error rate is below 0.6 errors per million assemblies. To further increase the processing reliability, it is possible to additionally control the screw depth and the screwdriver shut-off.
