The screwdriver for your micro-assemblies
- achieve the lowest torque of 8 Nmm (1.14 ounces) at 300 Nmm (42.6 inches)
- increased shutdown accuracy
- extremely slim design
- ergonomic
- economic
The NANOMAT: a screwdriver with the lowest torque capacity available anywhere on the marketfor your micro assemblies.
- in medical technology for the reliable assembly of hearing aid and pacemaker processes
- in the watch industry
- in the optical industry for the assembly of spectacles, lenses, cameras or microscopes
- for the production of small consumer electronics and components, such as cellular phones, calculators, game consoles, PCs, etc.
- in precision engineering or the production of measurement instruments
An extremely small torque of 8 Nmm – 300 Nmm is precisely achieved at speeds from 340 to 1,600 rpm/min, and that with four different speed ranges.
The use of the NANOMAT screwdriver has many advantages:
- High precision closing clutch
High torque accuracy is achieved by the proven principle of the DEPRAG disconnecting and closing clutch. Using our specially designed closing clutch, it guarantees a torque accuracy of ≤3 % standard deviation, independent of the screw joint. In many cases and under suitable conditions, even higher torque accuracy is possible and a Cmk value of ≥ 1.67 can be achieved even with a tolerance of 15 %. This kind of accuracy means that the error rate is below 0.6 errors per million assemblies. To further increase the processing reliability, it is possible to additionally control the screw depth and the screwdriver shut-off. - Standardized and extremely slim design
Due to its extremely small size, the smallest hole pattern we can access with two stationary screwdrivers mounted side-by-side is 12 mm (0.472 in.). - Simple integration
DEPRAG screwdriver spindles are easy to integrate into your assembly equipment and have very small mounting dimensions. - Integrated quick-change nozzle
Allows quick and simple bit change. - Can be connected to a DEPRAG screw feeder
for ergonomic handling of the smallest connecting elements - DDS implementation
For electrostatic charge dissipation - The unit size is designed to accept standard bits with 3 mm drive according to DIN ISO 1173
The use of standard bits is a great advantage through cost savings and fast availability. - The clutch can be adjusted externally
Torque can be adjusted from the outside in a very short time without the need for special tools. - Uniform length
The uniform length of all gear stages allows for simple integration. - Proven DEPRAG guide pin system
It features an “axial spring load” that regulates the optimum end load pressure of the bolt. - Allows suction of screws through integrated vacuum port
No external hoses interfere.
