\nLoading the cylinder head cover into the workpiece carrier and fully automatic feeding of 13 screws. Screw presence verified by ring proximity switches. Operator slides the sliding part fixture into the machine. <\/p>\n

Assembly step 2: <\/b>
\nThe screws are presented by vacuum suction. 13 screws are individually picked up by vacuum suction and a pressure sensor verifies the pick-up process. The 13 press-in modules can be moved and positioned individually to ensure the correct depth of each individual screw. Assembly step 3: <\/b>
\nPress-fit insertion of the screw-sleeve combinations with the control depth of each individual screw by using a cylinder limit switch. Assembly step 4: <\/b>
\nIf the cylinder head cover is assembled correctly, the sliding part attachment retracts automatically.
\nA faulty assembly must be recognized by the operator.
