Mounting of the top and bottom cover of a vacuum cleaner, as well as differently integrated controls to increase the reliability of the process.<\/p>\n

The automatic production process includes a repair workstation, which is integrated into the system. There, the operator decides whether rework is possible or whether the part is completely rejected. <\/p>\n

Manual retightening is verified by integrated sensors: without the rework step, the system does not release the rejected part for further processing. \n<\/strong> The pre-assembled module (upper and lower housing) is automatically transported on a conveyor to the assembly unit.<\/p>\n

Step 2: <\/strong>
\nAfter receiving the communication start signal from the conveyor, the elevator takes the part, which is now held horizontally by two slides, from the conveyor.<\/p>\n

Step 3: <\/strong>
\n Positioning control <\/strong> and bellows tightness testing <\/strong> (vacuum test). If the bellows are not tight, the objectionable module is automatically unloaded and transported to the repair workstation, which is <\/strong> integrated into the system. <\/p>\n

Step 4: <\/strong>
\nPresence control of the cable hook<\/p>\n

Step 5: <\/strong>
\nTurn the switch, which will subsequently control the vacuum power of the unit, counterclockwise to position 3. This step is performed by means of a Screwdriver Function Module in underfloor execution, which is equipped with a MINIMAT-C Screwdriver spindle. <\/a> <\/strong> is equipped with a MINIMAT-C Screwdriver <\/strong> spindle. The screwdriver switches off automatically when the torque of 1 Nm is reached. Defective parts are sent to the repair shop. <\/p>\n

Step 6: <\/strong>
\nDuring the switch position test, nine MINIMAT-C inline screwdriver shafts, type 347C-528-31, simultaneously assemble two different screw types for tightening. Verification of the correct torque is performed by the integrated strain gauge transducer <\/strong>. Dual depth probing, provided for each DEPRAG screwdriver shaft, offers additional process reliability <\/strong>. Defective parts are sent to the repair shop. <\/p>\n

Step 7: <\/strong>
\nThe properly assembled housing is released and transported out of the system while, at the same time, the next 9 screws are automatically fed by the Vibratory <\/strong> Feeder <\/strong> <\/a>.<\/p>\n
