You are looking for a quick solution to automate your assembly, but an automatic screw feeder is not feasible due to the low number of screws to be processed. In such a case, the DEPRAG screw feeder is the ideal solution.
Screw presenters are suitable for automatic screw presentation to allow picking up with a hand-held or stationary screwdriver.

Flexible
Easily interchangeable parts, such as adjustable cover rails and drill guides, allow the processing of screws with different sizes in one and the same screw presenter. With just one step view, you can convert your screw presenter. Even screws with unfavorable dimensions, which cannot be transported through a feed hose, can be presented with the screw presenters.
Operator friendly
For use in a manual application, a special feed rail allows a precise and fast pick-up of the presented screw, either by a magnetic drill or by vacuum.
Careful transport of screws
The screws are transported by means of two lifting segments in the screw magazine. The screws fall onto a vibrating guide rail, are precisely positioned by means of a brush and then transported out of the magazine. The procedure is particularly gentle and quiet.
Stand-alone operation
The device is completely self-sufficient due to the integrated control. The sequence controller regulates the reliable screw supply process, due to a light barrier and a microswitch.
Compact design
Due to its compact design, multiple DEPRAG screw presenters can be efficiently arranged in limited workspaces.
Special solutions
If required, we also develop screw presenters that are tailored to the requirements of a specific customer application. An example: especially when the demands of industrial series production are very high, DEPRAG can offer extremely robust and durable customized designs.
Screw delivery is done by means of a vibratory bowl. A robust guide plate made of stainless steel enables reliable and convenient screw removal at a high mass production rate.
Screw presenters for hand-held screwdrivers
for processing screws with a shaft diameter of 1 mm to 5 mm and a shaft length of max. 25 mm.
The screw is picked up by means of a magnetic bit or vacuum suction.
An operator can comfortably lift the screw with a forward movement.
Screw presenter for stationary screwdriver
for processing screws with a shaft diameter of 1.4 mm to 5 mm and a shaft length of max. 18 mm
This screw presenter is particularly suitable for countersunk screws.
A screw separator sorts and presents each individual screw in a pick-up position. The screw is removed in an upward motion. A signal output allows control of the pick-up position by a host controller.
