Assembly of wooden floor tiles
Process required:
Automatic assembly of different wood-tile pallets that are fixed to a tile frame by means of a plastic mat.
This machine is capable of assembling five (5) types of wood with different hardenings. Depending on the tile variant, an operator selects on the PLC one of the 40 available programs, each with 250 positions for testing, tightening and marking.
The machine incorporates four DEPRAG SFM-N Screwdriver Function Modules which are perfect for mounting from above due to their slim construction.
The automatic feeding of the screws is carried out by a DEPRAG Vibratory feeder with screw filling by DEPRAG B10 belt-driven hopper . The assembled panels are automatically discharged by the roller conveyor.
