The DEPRAG AST11 controller is the ideal sequence controller for manual and stationary screw sets in conjunction with DEPRAG EC MICROMAT-EC and MINIMAT-EC screwdrivers.
Operator’s adapter
The sequence controller already includes standard screwdrivingprograms for torque tightening and angle loosening. Parameters can be altered directly to suit the screwdriving task using the controller keypad.
AST11 allowsfree programmingof your screwdriving sequences for manual or stationary screwdriving tools. If necessary, specific screwdriving programscan quickly and easily use the existing basic program.
Freely programmable
Use the integrated keypad and display for easy access to the16 programmable user programs.Individual application profiles can be selected via program numbers.
Web server-based
Use an establishedweb browseror the keypad to set parameters and access control functions.No additionalsoftware is required for setting parameters or configuring tightening sequences.

Savings, documentation and evaluation
The AST11 displays the bolting results for the last 7 days of production and stores them until they are retrieved via the Ethernet connection.
Additional software modules offer graphical display of bolting graphs, integrated PLC functions, comprehensive analysis options via PC. It is also possible to combine with an automatedDEPRAG screw feeder.
A software update service is available as an option.
