DEPRAG – For fully automated and efficient production

Assembly of modules on plaster

Process Required:

Stand-alone assembly machine with 2-spindle screwing system for 16 different product varieties of gypsum modules for electrical connections, as well as telephone and data communication sockets, control boxes for smart home technology, light switches and light dimmers.

The assembly cell combines a maximum level of efficiency and flexibility with the highest processing reliability.

Each set can be select whether a single or double component is to be processed to the pair or depth.

DEPRAG pneumatic screwdrivers from MINIMAT® . When self-tapping screws are to be assembled to a specific depth , the air supply for clockwise rotation is deactivated when the predetermined depth is reached. At the same time, a short left-hand rotation impulse is applied so that the screwdriver stops immediately.
If torque is required , then the high-precision DEPRAG MINIMAT® locking clutch is disengaged immediately when the preset torque is reached.

Screw feeding occurs through a DEPRAG Vibratory Feeder .

For each and every bolt assembly sequence, quality parameters such as bolt presence, bolt depth and bolt torque (high precision mechanical clutch release) are monitored and evaluated.
