The MINIMAT achieves its high torque accuracy through the proven DEPRAG disconnecting and locking clutch principle. Using our specially designed closing clutch, it guarantees a torque accuracy of ≤3 % standard deviation, independent of the screw joint. In many cases and under suitable conditions, even higher torque accuracy is possible and a Cmk value of ≥1.67 can be achieved even with a tolerance of 15 %. This kind of accuracy means that the error rate is below 0.6 errors per million assemblies. To further increase processing reliability, it is possible to additionally control screw depth and screwdriver shut-off.
