Our range of hand-held electric screwdrivers provides the customer with the familiar quality features of DEPRAG screwdriving systems.

Thisergonomic screwdriveris available withvarious functions, such as push to start or lever start. For some types of screwdrivers, speed regulation is possible.

Seven performance classes cover application areas for precision engineering screw assemblies up to M6 or 12 Nm. The torque set on the mechanical shut-off clutch is accurate to ±3% standard deviation. Separate 32 V and 40 V extra-low voltage power supply ensures safe use.

Our standard tool insertion program is applicable.

Driving

The screwdrivers are equipped with a brushless drive motor with low voltage supply.
The high degree of efficiency of the integrated EC motor results in a higher torque and speed range in a smaller weight and diameter screwdriver.

Power range

Across the four sizes, the shut-off torque can be adjusted from 0.04 to 12 Nm. High speeds of up to 1000 rpm ensure short screwdriving cycle times.

Accuracy

Under suitable processing conditions, CmK values of >1.67 are achieved with a tolerance of ±10%.

ESD capability

All screwdrivers meet the requirements for processing ESD-sensitive components.

Electricity supply

The power units have a wide range of input voltages and can be used worldwide in connection with country-specific power cables.
