Our hand-held electric screwdrivers for screw feeders of the MICROMAT/MINIMATseries can be connected to a suitable screwdriving machine.
We offer these solutions combined with a coordinated screw feedingsystem. Screws with a shaft diameter of 1 to 8 mm can be processed with this total solution, while guaranteeing your application total process reliability and efficiency.
DEPRAG screw feeding machines consist of:
- a screw feeder
- a hand screwdriver
- a maintenance unit
- an electronic control
The feed system itself incorporates a ball or split jaw type nozzle to match your screw and application, a nozzle guide, as well as a feed sleeve – all of these components are built to match your screw and application.
Screw feeding machines are part of the standard DEPRAG product line,offering a choice of vibratory bowl or sword feeder.
If it is not possible to feed through a hose, then we can offer special solutions, such as apick and place process .
