MINIMAT-EC screwdriver

The flexibility of the MINIMAT-ECscrewdriver designed for the highest demandsallowsfree programmingof the screw tightening process. Within the performance range of each screwdriver, torque, speed, dwell time and direction of rotation can be individually customized for the screw assembly task. The EC screwdriver spindle with brushless drive technology combined with the AST series screwdriver controller offers maximum flexibility and process control. This screwdriver provides exceptional dynamics and high peak torques, ideal for tightening screws. Theintegrated torque and angle measurement systemenables precise control of the screw assembly process and guarantees highest precision and reliable documentation ofimportant process parameters.

To operate the hand-held screwdriver, an AST12 sequence controller is used. AST12 sequence controller with integrated power supply is used to operate the hand-held screwdriver. The sequence controller contains standard screwdriving programs for tightening fasteners to torque and loosening fasteners to angle. Its parameters can be adjusted to the screwdriving task directly on the controller’s keypad.
