TheMINIMAT-EC-Servoscrewdriver in connection with the sequence controller allowsfree programmingof the screw tightening process and offers maximum flexibility and process reliability.Within the performance range of each screwdriver, torque, speed, hold and direction of rotation can be individually customized for the screw assembly task.
Theintegrated transducer for torque and angleenables exact control and regulation of the screw tightening process as well as documentation of important process parameters and guaranteeshighestprecision. An EC-Servo screwdriver is used in applications with high safety requirements (critical screw joints), where adirect measuring system is specified.
The MINIMAT-EC-Servo screwdriver incorporates a reliable and low-maintenance brushless EC motor. This screwdriver provides exceptional dynamics and high peak torque, ideal for tightening screws.
To operate the screwdriver, you use the sequence controller with integrated power supply is used to operate the screwdriver. The sequence controller already contains finished base programs for common tightening processes, so commissioning requires only a couple of steps.
Comprehensive software add-on modules enable data acquisition and graphical visualization for statistical processing and screw joint analysis.
Position-dependent program selection, monitoring of the screw sequence and additional functions to increase process reliability are possible when using these screwdrivers in connection with a positioning support.
