Extremely small torques from 8 Nmm (1.14 ounces) to 300 Nmm (42.6 inches) are achieved with precision at speeds from 300 to 1400 rpm, and that with four different speed ranges.

The use of the NANOMAT low-torque screwdriver has many advantages:

  • High precision closing clutch
    High torque precision is achieved by the proven principle of the DEPRAG disconnecting and closing clutch. This special clutch design enables our nutrunner to achieve an extremely high torque accuracy, in many cases below ≤3 % of the standard deviation, which remains constant over several million cycles.
    DEPRAG low-torque pneumatic screwdrivers with a locking clutch prepared under suitable surrounding conditions achieve a Cmk value of ≥ 1.67 with a tolerance requirement of 15 % in relation to 6 Sigma according to ISO 5393. A Cmk value of 1.67 means that there is a failure rate of only 0.6 per million bolt assemblies….
