Mandatory process:
Simultaneous, automatic, reverse tightening of 4 bolts in one motor and pump housing with a total cycle time of 6 seconds.
This machine can process 72 varieties of parts.
The system incorporates DEPRAG SFM-N (Screwdriver Function Module) – Inverted EC- SERVO-Spindles Model 310E36-018-S2
The automatic feeding of the screws is carried out by a DEPRAG vibratory feeder .
