The DEPRAGAST6sequence controller is the ideal controller for manual screw assemblies in combination with the proven DEPRAG EC screwdrivers of theNANOMAT-EC, MICROMAT-EC and MINIMAT-EC series (size 22) within a torque range of 0.02 Nm – 2 Nm.

Operator’s adapter

The sequence controller already includes standardscrewdriving programs for tightening to torque and loosening to angle. Parameters can be altered directly to suit the screwdriving task using the touch screen.

The AST6 allowsfree programmingof your manual screwdriving sequences. If required, specific screwdriving programs can bequickly and easilyset up using the existing standard screwdriving program.

High number of programs

Use the color TFT touchscreen to quickly access the100 programmable standard programs.Individual application profiles can be freely selected using the program number or a user-defined program name (label).

Web browser-based

Use an established web browseror the touch screen to set parameters and access controller functions.No additional software is required.

Small size

Due to its small size, the controller is particularly suitable for stationary applications where there are confined spaces.

Storage, documentation and evaluation

The AST6 records the bolting results for the last 7 days of production and stores them until they are retrieved via the Ethernet connection.

Additional features includegraphical displayof bolting charts, integrated PLC functions, comprehensive analysis options and the option of combination with an automatic screw-feed machine.

Optionally, a software update service is available. Complete software packages for screw joint analysis, documentation and process data collection are also available.
